Founder of The Strong Dietitian, Zoya is an APD, Advanced Sports Dietitian and Researcher with extensive expertise in sports and fertility nutrition. Zoya’s mission is to empower every woman by putting a weight in her hand, transforming her relationship with food, and sculpting bodies that scream strength and sass. With a passion for transforming lives through evidence-based nutrition and fitness, Zoya inspires women to embrace their power and achieve their goals.

Seline - Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD)

Hi, I’m Seline, an Accredited Practising Dietitian passionate about helping people fuel their bodies for strength, performance and long term health.
 

My journey into nutrition began with weight training and bodybuilding, which sparked my interest in how to properly fuel the body for performance and body composition. This led me to a career in dietetics, where I combine evidence-based nutrition with a practical and flexible approach to help clients achieve their goals — whether that’s building muscle, improving performance or feeling confident in their own skin.

I have worked in healthcare in Australia and England, supporting clients with chronic disease, digestive issues, cancer and neurological conditions. I have also completed Monash University’s FODMAP training, allowing me to help clients manage digestive issues with a practical and sustainable approach. My broad experience has shaped my holistic view of health because strength is more than just what you lift in the gym.

Outside of work, you’ll find me lifting heavy, at the beach or exploring Melbourne’s best food spots.
